The architectural concept of Riviera Residential Complex is based on the harmony of the strict lines of neoclassicism, modern requirements to the luxury dwelling, and state-of-the-art achievements of the construction industry. The west facade of the building faces the quay and combines dynamic alternation of the high-rise elements: bay windows, gables, and longitudinal glazing with the stained-glass windows. The rotunda towers located at the corners of the complex give it an additional accent and well adjust it to the existing buildings in the area. For the decoration, both the natural stone and the decorative plaster were used combined with rustication and painting of the facade with the paints imitating the sandstone texture. The design of the inner public spaces (halls and lobbies) is created under a special project including an original lighting concept.
